So what about us MAC users?

I know we can run bootcamp etc, but it won't be as good as running it natively via OS X!

If and believe me this is completely hypothetical, an OS X version happens I doubt it'll be available when the Windows version is released.
I'll be dusting off the ol'PC personally.

As far as I know iD doesn't port their games over to OS X themselves, usually it's a third party who does that (in the case of RtCW, Aspyr Software). RtCW came out a year or two later on the Mac, so I would expect something similar, as this has continued to be the standard for most games that get ported over.

I just use bootcamp myself.
